Here’s how IRC works now

IRC is now split into two channels:

#8Bit – Is a discussion channel where anyone can chat

#8Bit-GameWatch – Is a read-only view into the realtime state of the server

This should allow people to still chat, but not use IRC to get around /mutes and /ignores.
